Welcome to the CloudGG Community Forum, Powered by CloudGG (“Forum”).

This Code of Conduct (“Code”) applies to all use of the Forum and outlines what behavior is expected of you and others in this community space. By participating in this Forum, you agree to abide by this Code, as well as the CloudGG Portal Terms of Service.

Overview and goals

We aim to provide an open and welcoming environment, a space where gamers, tech-heads, dreamers, leisure-seekers and more can come together and share ideas, ask questions, learn new skills and engage in positive and constructive discussion.

To maintain the integrity of this community space, Pentanet will moderate all content and investigate reports of abuse in accordance with this Code. Pentanet reserves the right to remove, suspend or terminate member access to this Forum at any time. All moderation of the Forum is at the discretion of the employees, moderators, and community team members of Pentanet (“Moderation Team”), and all decisions are final.

We encourage:

Respect towards others, their opinions, ideas and contributions.
A welcoming and inclusive attitude – this Forum is for everybody.
Keeping Forum threads relevant and on-topic. It’s a huge help when other members are searching for information.
Constructive discussions despite differing viewpoints. We don’t all have to agree on everything, but don’t let criticisms become personal.
Focusing on what is best for the community – keeping communications safe, open and empathetic.

We do not allow:

- Harassment in any form. This includes:

Using defamatory language, images or links to websites which insults, bullies or defames other users or groups of people.
Bullying, including any deliberate badgering or intimidation targeted at a specific person or group of people and any offensive comments related to an aspect of someone’s person including gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, intellect, physical appearance or abilities, age, race, religion, language, or other.
Using language or posting content deemed illegal, threatening, dangerous, obscene, abusive, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, Nationalistic, ethnically offensive or that could be considered to constitute harassment.
Using the Forum in any manner to sexually or physically harass, stalk or intimidate another user.
Abusing other users via any other forum or social media channel.

- Inappropriate posting. This includes:

Posts or discussions unrelated to the specific topic or category.
Posts which are flaming or baiting in nature.
Trolling by excessively spamming, ridiculing or causing unrest on the Forum.
Sharing misinformation and disinformation, which may present a distorted view of reality where such content is likely to result in danger or harm to the public.
Creating duplicate threads or posts in a purposefully disruptive manner.
Posting links to referral sites, polls, advertising, external content or other forums that is not relevant to the Forum.

- Impersonation or invasion of privacy. This includes:

Impersonating or hijacking the accounts of other Forum members or moderators.
Posting the personal information of any other person, such as names, privates email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, passwords, credit cards or banking details.
Creating duplicate Forum accounts with the intent of representing to be different people.

- Spamming, advertising or soliciting. This includes:

Soliciting or advertising on these forums without prior approval. Any type of soliciting will result in your immediate removal from the Forum.
Posting spammy content or links to spam websites.
Posting links to other forums, websites or companies which could be considered advertising.
Posting pirated or illegal videos, movies, television shows, etc.

- Violent and other obscene content. This includes:

Any reference to or content containing extreme and/or violent sexual acts.
Any reference to or content containing to extremely violent actions or events.
Pornographic content of any kind.
Any content which could reasonably be deemed to be moderately or severely violent, which is posted without an adequate warning or disclaimer.

- Commercially sensitive information. This includes:

Posting, linking to, or referencing trade secrets of any organisation.
Posting confidential information of any organisation to the Forum.
Leaking information from other companies, organisations or Pentanet.

- Malicious content and viruses. This includes:

Links, images or content that contain or reference hacks, malicious viruses or programs.
Using hacks, scripts or any other method available to hijack the Forum or its functionality.
Posting information or leaks regarding GeForce NOW technology or content.
Abusing the report feature.

Breaches of this Code

If you suspect someone has breached this Code, including in a way that you feel is inappropriate or harassing towards you or another member of the Forum, report the user to a moderator.

Users are expected to follow instructions given to them by Moderation Team. Non-compliance of the user will be considered a breach of this Code and may lead to disciplinary action.

Any suspected breach of the Code or CloudGG Terms of Use will lead to an investigation by the Moderation Team and may result in disciplinary action.

Disciplinary action

We encourage our community to respect one another and follow this Code of Conduct as it has been laid out above. If you are found to be in violation of the code of conduct, the Moderation Team may remove, suspend or ban your Forum or CloudGG account.

The Moderation Team’s decisions are final and any posts or threads created to discuss or appeal a user’s ban will be removed.

Our responsibilities

While Pentanet uses its best efforts to create a safe space by moderating the Forum in accordance with this Code, Pentanet cannot be held responsible for the actions or comments made by users in the various areas of the Forum. Pentanet reserves the right to take disciplinary action on any Forum account at any time, for any reason.
